## **Overview**

Titan Legends introduces a novel NFT // TOKEN Hybrid model through an innovative two-way escrow mechanism which solves the problem of liquidity in the NFT space (much like [Bozo Finance](https://www.bozo.finance/)). This innovative mechanism allows users to lock their Titan Legends NFTs in exchange for LegendX ($LGNDX) tokens and vice versa, successfully blending generative art NFTs with the liquidity of an ERC-20 token. This not only creates a hyper-deflationary NFT collection, but also supports deflation in the $LGNDX token as users interact with the system. \

\&#xNAN;*The model is designed to be played like a 4D Dungeons and Dragons module with a storyline to tie everything together.*&#x20;

### **Here are the main concepts that a user needs to know:**

#### **Claiming the Bounty**

By locking NFTs in "[The Battlefield](https://docs.titanlegends.win/lgndx-token-and-escrow-swap-contract/the-battlefield-escrow-swap-contract)" (our two-way NFT escrow swap contract), a user can claim $LGNDX tokens as a bounty for sending your dragon to battle. From the claim, 3% of the $LGNDX from the transaction is burned forever.

#### **Paying the Ransom**

To purchase an NFT from the [Battlefield](https://docs.titanlegends.win/lgndx-token-and-escrow-swap-contract/the-battlefield-escrow-swap-contract), you must pay a "Ransom" back to the Battlefield in the $LGNDX token. This payment includes the bounty amount plus a 3% premium. Once paid, the NFT will be transferred to your wallet. Similar to claiming a bounty, 3% of the $LGNDX from this transaction is burned forever. \
\
**IMPORTANT: ANY USER IS ABLE TO PAY THE RANSOM AND CLAIM ANY NFT THEY WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE OUT OF THE BATTLEFIELD AT ANY TIME. This means if there is a super rare NFT that another user had already claimed the tokens for, that a different user can come and purchase that same NFT for the "liquid floor price" from the Battlefield, further enhancing the game theory of the protocol.**

#### **NFT Points System**

Each NFT is assigned specific points, determining the amount of $LGNDX tokens you can claim at any given time. This allocation varies based on the four different types of NFTs in the collection. #### **Freedom of Choice**

NFT holders have the freedom to pick and choose which NFTs you want to lock in and purchase from the Battlefield, providing flexibility and control for users' participation.
