# Native NFT Marketplace & OTC Trading

## Overview

In addition to our robust ecosystem, we are excited to introduce a native NFT marketplace specifically tailored for Titan Legends NFTs and Build on TitanX projects. **This marketplace provides a dedicated platform where users can seamlessly buy, sell, and trade Titan Legends NFTs and other TitanX Ecosystem NFTs using $TITANX (or $ETH).**

*The integration of TITAN X as the primary currency for transactions within the marketplace offers several advantages.* 

1\) It enhances accessibility and convenience for users, as they can utilize a familiar token for all their NFT-related transactions. Instead of secondary sales for NFTs being on marketplaces like Opensea using primarily ETH to transact, we are now able to keep transactions within the TITAN X ecosystem and conduct NFT sales in $TITANX and/or ETH depending on the collection.

2\) By facilitating transactions in $TITANX, the marketplace contributes to the broader adoption and utility of $TITANX. This increased demand for $TITANX can potentially help to drive its value, benefiting token holders and ecosystem participants alike.

3\) The price of the NFTs on the secondary market being measured in terms of $TITANX provides a clear and intuitive valuation method consistent with the token's original minting.

**4) Most importantly for Titan Legends, our Native Marketplace offers an OTC trading mechanism where users are able to purchase and sell NFTs that have a backed liquid value in the $LGNDX token. This allows users to sell their stake in the $LGNDX token without selling into the main liquidity pool (preventing a negative impact on the token price). Additionally, this built-in mechanism offers a perpetual arbitrage opportunity where if the "liquid floor price" of the NFT exceeds the floor price of a given marketplace listing, another user is able to purchase the NFT, claim the bounty and sell the linked tokens to make a quick gain.**

**A feature of the marketplace is the implementation of a 3% fee structure on transactions in $TITANX (or ETH).** This fee is charged on marketplace transactions will be used to buy back and burn the $LGNDX token.

The creation of our own marketplace for Titan Legends represents a massive step towards a self-sustaining ecosystem by adding additional utility to the $TITANX token.
